The Purbeck Society
Annual Lunch to be held at the Isle of Purbeck Golf Club on Friday 22nd November 2013 at 12.30 for 1 pm.
2 course £16 per person, 3 course £20 per person, with coffee & mints.

Starter
– Soup of the day
– Fried prawns with chilli sauce
– Chicken liver and pork Pate
– Egg mayonnaise topped with smoked salmon

Main
– Baked Loin of Pork topped with mushrooms, apples, onion and stilton cheese
– Served with a cider sauce.
– Baked rump of Welsh lamb marinated in Whiskey, Honey, red currant and mint jelly, garlic and rosemary.
– Fillet of fresh Cod topped with fresh herb crust and a light Hollandaise sauce.

Sweets
– Choice of Sweets select on the day.
