Veterans Forge visit with Will Spicer

On Wednesday July 12th we will visit The Veterans Forge for a guided tour with Will Spicer (this is the rescheduled event from May).
Will will give us a guided tour of his forge and show techniques he uses to produce a wide range of forged metal items.
Will set up the Veterans forge several years ago to offer activities and social meetings for military veterans. Will now invites members of the public and local community groups to participate in metal working projects at the forge.
Please note: although there will not be time to “have a go” at this visit, Will is more than happy to arrange a convenient time for Members to revisit at a later date.
Visitor numbers will be restricted 10-12 and cars to only 5. Members wishing to attend must contact Karen Delahay on 01929 425049. Members and guests must consider car sharing to reduce car parking needs.
A collection will be made to donate to the charity.
